Realizing that locally made Malaysian products were fighting hard to establish themselves, and that they faced so many challenges putting in place a competitive and viable supply chain, we saw an opportunity to fill a niche in the local market while helping ease Malaysian businesses and facilitating their growth. From our humble beginnings in 2015 as an at home business, BotolHotspot quickly found a strong demand among local cosmetic product companies and soon after that, as a total packaging hub.

By 2017 when the company launch edits first showroom in Batu Caves, Gombak, our clientele had steadily begun to grow. We quickly outgrew this first location and have had to move to more spacious and more strategically placed locations, first to Sentul Boulevard in 2018 and then again to Taman Batu Muda Tambahan, Kuala Lumpur in 2020.We now serve customers from all over Malaysia as well as regional customers from Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines..
